Where can I view apartment listings?
Skyline Living apartment listings can be viewed on our website. To begin your search, start on our Apartment page and select the province, city, and type of apartment you need. You can further refine your search by noting what amenities and features you prefer in your building (pool, gym, EV charging stations, etc.), or how close it is to schools, hospitals, parks, transit, etc.
What information is contained in a listing?
Skyline Living apartment listings contain all the information you need to determine if a particular apartment and building is the right fit for you. You will find the rental price, if there any utilities are included in the rent, what types of apartments are offered (bachelor, 1-bedroom, etc.), the features of the building (gym, fenced dog run, etc.), location highlights (grocery, transit, parks, etc.), and contact information for the on-site leasing agent and staff.
What does "Starting at" mean?
When you see "Starting at" next to the rental price, it means that if there are more than one of this type of unit, the lowest price that they start at is listed. For example, if you were looking at 2-bedroom apartments and the building had 3 different 2-bedroom apartments available for rent, the rental price listed would show the lowest priced unit. The other two units, may be slightly different in size, features, or upgrades and therefore have a different rental cost.
What's included in the rent?
Each of our buildings has its own rental pricing structure. Some buildings have utilities included in the rent, some have some of the utilities included in the rent, but not others, and some do not include utilities. This information will be listed in the Listing page.
How do I know what's available?
When you search for an apartment on our Skyline Living website, our listing pages include green "Available" banners. When you click on each individual property, the section that shows the types of apartments (bachelor, 1-bedroom, etc.) will also have a notation on it to show that there is availability for those types of units.
How do I arrange a viewing?
To arrange a viewing of an available apartment, please call the number on the building's listing page, or click the "Inquire Now" button and fill out the form, or fill in the contact form on the building's website. A Leasing Agent or Resident Manager will contact you to arrange a viewing time.
Can I view an apartment on behalf of someone?
Absolutely. We would be happy to show the apartment to you on someone's behalf.
I'm not in the country, how can I arrange a viewing?

Are viewings 7 days a week?
Yes, when you contact the Leasing Agent or Resident Manager for the building, they will work with you to find a mutually convenient time for the viewing.
Will I see the exact apartment I want to move into?
Whenever possible, you will be shown the apartment that is available. However, for some newer buildings, we will have model suites available or a similar apartment if there is an ongoing renovation.
Can I bring friends with me to the viewing?
Yes. However, please keep it to one or two for space considerations.
What do I need to bring to the viewing?
Please bring a list of questions you may have about the building or apartment to ensure that you get all of the answers you need. If you have already discussed submitting an application with the Resident Manager they will have provided you with a list of documentation that you will need to bring along.
Can I rent it on the spot if I like what I see at the viewing?
You are welcome to submit an application at any time, however, there are several documents and things that need to accompany your application that you will need to bring with you. Please speak to the Leasing Agent or Resident Manager ahead of your visit to ensure that you have everything prepared. You can also find the checklist of the Application Documents required here.
How do I do a virtual tour?
Virtual Tours are a great way to view an available apartment when you can't be there in person. For a virtual posted on our Apartment Listing pages or building websites, simply click the "Play" button in the middle of the screen and watch the pre-recorded tour. For some 3D tours, you can navigate through the apartment images by click on the glowing circles located throughout the layout. When you click on the circle, your view will change to that area. You can then use your mouse to look up, down, and all around, by clicking and holding your mouse and dragging it around the area. If you are unsure of how to use the virtual tour or would like assistance, the Leasing Agent or Resident Manager would be happy to set an appointment to virtually show you the apartment through an online conference.
How long does it take to apply?
