We’re creating the communities that you want to call home and a big part of our appeal is in the perks - like our Resident Appreciation Draw.
We’re rewarding you, our tenants, for keeping your accounts in good standing by holding a monthly draw to receive a $100 rent discount the following month*. It's just one more way we like to say “thank you” to our wonderful residents by recognizing prompt payment of rent.
Draws are held on the 15th of each month at Skyline Living’s head office in Guelph, Ontario. Winners are notified by letter.
To be eligible:
Be a current tenant of Skyline Living.
Any rent owed must be paid in full and your account must be in good standing.
Your rent payment must be received on or before the 1st of the month.
